I found these tips very precise and positive. If anyone incorporates these tips in their daily life, they would feel a major change in life, which would bring positivity and contentment. These tips are also helpful in increasing self-esteem. When we feel good about ourselves, we perform and behave better.
My takeaway after reading these tips is that I need to engage in more positive self-talk. I should encourage myself and motivation should drive from inside.
I found two of these tips my favorite; self-talk and creating new habits. I think when we improve our self-talk and say positive sentences to ourselves, we become motivated in achieving something. Creating new habits is also very important as it gives a feeling of satisfaction. When we do things we truly enjoy, we become happy at heart.
I have already started implementing the first tip which is self-talk. I am now more conscious about what I imagine and think about myself.
Growth mindset can be developed by accepting new changes in life. When we adjust to new habits and new thinking we already step in to adopting growth mindset.
